This colorful wooden bead math toy is designed for children to manipulate numbers and math symbols to develop fine motor skills as well as sorting skills, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills and early math operations.

This wooden abacus includes 55 colorful beads and 2 interchangeable wooden boards, double-sided. The boards have addition and subtraction operations in matching colors to the beads. Again we recommend you purchase the Japanese configuration of the abacus. The Soroban is ideal for teaching mathematics because the Soroban is built on the same base10 number system, i.

Sorobans come in varying sizes with different numbers of vertical rods where each rod represents a digit, 0 through 9, of a base10 number. We do not bother to improve our focus levels.
