This colorful wooden bead math toy is designed for children to manipulate numbers and math symbols to develop fine motor skills as well as sorting skills, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills and early math operations.

The wooden board is beautifully decorated with bright colors and the knobs are the perfect size for small hands. Children move the colored knobs along tracks to make and solve equations: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Again we recommend you purchase the Japanese configuration of the abacus. The Soroban is ideal for teaching mathematics because the Soroban is built on the same base10 number system, i.

Sorobans come in varying sizes with different numbers of vertical rods where each rod represents a digit, 0 through 9, of a base10 number. We do not bother to improve our focus levels.
