If you're in the low 60's, stick with hellfire, skin all the boars. At mid 60's, go to nagrand.

If you sell everything you loot you will make a fortune. I got 4 armaments in an hour that sell for 40g each. The domesticated boars only rarely drop scraps, and there were only a few times where I actually had to wait more than 5 seconds for the boars to respawn.

Also, the grind is quick, since you don't have to loot the mobs--they don't drop anything. It makes it that much more efficient if you're trying to keep up slice and dice all the time. Then I figured out it was only because of the spawn locations that it seemed that way. If you move the mobs within his cone of vision as you're fighting them, he will often heal you. You are pretty much guaranteed not to have to bandage or eat. The only thing that might interfere are the regular flayer invasions.

About every 20 or 30 minutes, 3 of them will descend on the camp and attack either a boar or the elite pet. Most of the time they will be intercepted by the pet; if not, Oronok will kill them himself when they attack a boar. Don't bother them and they won't bother you. IMO the best thing to do is kill ALL the mobs not just talbucks and if youre high enough lvl kill bachlor and the elete clefthoof i cant remember his name , they drop either 3 leathers or 1, never scraps.
